Jupyter4Research

Jupyter4Research is a web-based development environment for data-based research, teaching and software development. The environment makes it possible to execute code (in Python, R and Julia) directly in the browser, carry out data analyses and document scientific workflows.

The University of Bonn operates a JupyterHub instance on its own servers under the name Jupyter4Research. This is completely independent of external providers such as jupyter.org or other cloud services. Data and computing processes remain within the infrastructure of the University of Bonn. 

Jupyter4Research is available to all holders of a Uni-ID, e.g. employees and students, for active use free of charge. The general terms of use of the University of Bonn apply.
